Competition Terms and Conditions

1. The competition is open to all persons resident in the Channel Islands who are 17 years of age or over other than employees of Reed Insurance Associates Limited and their immediate family.
2. To enter the competition a completed entry form must be submitted on line at www.reed-insurance.com.
3. The prize is a contribution to the cost of annual motor or home insurance arranged through Reed Insurance Associates Limited. The maximum contribution to this cost is £300.00.
4. The acceptance of a proposal to insure from the competition winner to an insurer cannot be guaranteed.
5. The prize will be drawn quarterly on the 31st December, 31st March, 30th June and 30th September.
6. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. If the prize winner does not contact Reed Insurance Associates to collect their prize within 3 months of the winner being advised of their success via the means of communication provided at the time of the winner's entry to the competition, then any prize is forfeit.
8. The prize will be awarded to the first entrant, drawn at random, by our judges. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. By entering the competition, all entrants agree to be bound by these rules.

Publicity Rights

The winner grants Reed Insurance Associates Limited the right to use their name in connection with the competition and may be required to participate in post-event publicity arranged by, or on behalf of, Reed Insurance Associates Limited.
